If you do extensive walking, put in a gel insert and that will make them even better.

I have had a pain in my heel for about 6 months. With my Air Jordan 1-Black-White-Yellow's - I feel no pain in the heel at all. The balance and cushioning take all the pressure off of the heel, and I can now walk comfortably. I love these shoes!
