I've been running for a few years now, and I've gotten serious a year or two ago after I realized I could do something special with my running. I am a guy, but my feet are rather small so I end up wearing women's shoes. This is the most comfortable yet fast shoes I've ever worn, and I ending up wearing them for everything from short intervals (200, 300, 400s) up to long runs (12-18 miles).
